Our 19th annual conference will take place from June 20 – 24th at Stateline, Nevada on the south shore of breathtaking Lake Tahoe. What a perfect time for you to enjoy our conference at one of the world's top tourist destinations. Lake Tahoe is the second deepest lake in the United States and is considered one of the clearest in the world. This majestic body of water is 6,300 feet above sea level and is surrounded by mountains that tower up to 10,000 feet. In June, the lake will be surrounded by green forests and snow-capped mountains. June averages between 39 and 70 degrees, but we always hope for the warmer temperatures.

On the days where dinner is on your own, we have arranged two optional "must-experience" adventures for your consideration: a Tuesday dinner cruise to Emerald Bay, and a Wednesday tour of the Thunderbird Lodge. See descriptions on the "Events" page.

Our host hotel is Harrah's Lake Tahoe, where you will register for the conference, browse the book room, enjoy the Opening Night Banquet, attend the Thursday program lectures, and celebrate the end of a great conference with Friday's Continental Breakfast Buffet.

For those coming by airline, most fly into Reno/Tahoe airport, as it is but an hour and a half drive away. All major car rentals are at the airport, but if you are not renting a car and need transportation, go to www.SouthTahoeExpress.com and reserve a seat on a bus at $48 round trip per person. The hotels do not have pickup service (unless you are a high roller).

We have assembled a varied and active schedule for each day of the conference.

Harrah's has offered the LHA special room rates at either Harrah's or its sister property, Harveys. Harveys is located directly across the street from Harrah's, and there is an underpass connecting the two together.

We have scheduled several pre- and post-conference events and optional tours during the conference to enhance your experience of the Lincoln Highway in Nevada and California.
